FREEDOM! It's wonderful to be able to get around. It does take some getting used to, but I love having my independence back!
Well, yes there was. The scooter came to me via Amazon. I did the minor assembly required. The batteries were fully charged. Took it for a trial run and then the maiden voyage at airport. I hadn't watched the video above prior. Unit wouldn't turn back on after switch off. Ignition came out in my hand. Unit doesn't move when throttle is up. Didn't know there was an. Extra battery, thought they worked in tandem. Owners manual very sparse on details. Still, once I learned and company replaced ignition unit, I now feel confident. It got me through 2 large airports on 1 charge of 1 battery. It's easy to use after initiation.
The first few years I let my Spinal Cord Injury control me, but not anymore. Learning to accept my SCI was one of the greatest choices I’ve ever made in my life. I’ve met so many amazing people while being in a wheelchair, I love my Paiseec!
I bought it for a trip to Europe, and it was easy to fly with. Works great so far.
