I recently purchased the Q5 as a replacement for my lightweight travel wheelchair that is manual. The Q5 weights in at 22 pounds and was exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to take along on trips with my wife. She can load it and unloaded it from the car like a baby stroller. The maneuverability and range allows me to accompany her.

I have had mobility issues for years. I have eight wheelchair/scooters at my three houses. This one has quickly become my favorite. It is very functional, but also light enough that I could actually put it in my trunk without assistance.

We just took the Q5 on our first international trip and love it! It made our airport experience so much better since we weren't relying on wheelchair service and gave my wife a feeling of independence back. Gate checking it was quick and easy and it is so lightweight the baggage handlers were impressed. We are so happy we purchased this one after looking at every available option on the market.

very easy to control the wheelchair riding, smooth riding,very lightweight to lift uo to the car's trunk. Battery is running as expected mileage of 14 miles. the drawbacks are the front wheel is too small to overcome the unevenly bumper and the caregiver controller is sometimes uncontrollable.

The Q5 lightweight power chair is an amazing product for ambulatory wheelchair users! Setting up this chair was a breeze. The portability of it is phenomenal for storing away & especially for traveling! It makes getting around a breeze! However, it is not as steady & heavy duty as the W3. This is because it is so amazingly lightweight, coming in at around 25 lbs. Its light weight & portability makes it the perfect product for daily life if you don’t have the proper car setup for a large power chair! I will say that personally I use the cushion from my manual chair because the seat it comes with is a bit thin, but this works perfectly for me! Overall I love the Q5 powerchair!

Hi, everyone. I just bought an Electric Wheelchair from Paiseec -us-store on April 13,2026. Actually I bought for my Dad. He got lung cancer, he still can walk but can't walk long distance, even just couple steps either. He always got shortness of breath problem when he walked. That was the reason why I decided to buy an Electric Wheelchair for him. And I was glad I found one from Paiceec-us-store. This is the best one for my Dad. It is so convenient, foldable neatly, especially, it so light only 22bls. It is so convenient for me lift it up to put in the car and take it off as well. Now my Dad doesn't need to worry about going out with family for church, dinner, family getting together because he is confident and happy to move around on his own. We're so satisfied to find this best Electric Wheelchair ever.

I have really enjoyed getting to test out the scooter. It is lightweight making it easy for me to load and unload the scooter from my car independently. Something I have not had the luxury of doing with past scooters. The scooter has a very smooth ride and the battery last really long. I spent the entire day at Universal Studios and it only lost 50% of its battery life.

The buying experience here has been flawless. The L5 scooter is so easy to setup... not much to assemble. It was ready to try on minutes. So far, this is exactly what I wanted... lightweight, foldable, sturdy, easy and taller seats. Can't wait to take this on vacation with me this Summer.

The Q5 wheelchair travels fast. it is light in weight and looks nice. The control can be a bit sensitive. When the chair is stopped, going backwards or turning side ways can be challenging, i.e., the chair does not want to move. By bouncing on chair, it chair will finally move. I think bouncing on it would momentarily in-weigh the front wheels for them to turn easier. Acts like it needs a stronger motor. I was able to add a cup holder on the front vertical leg. Adding a couple of rubber bands to the clamp will provide better friction to keep the cup holder to stay on. Adding a cushion to the seat is also an improvement to comfort. The battery seems to be lasting way short of what is advertised.

Just received this chair about a week ago for my wife. She just loves it so far. Very easy to put in and out of the trunk on our small car. Very lightweight. Very easy for her to control and get around. She can now go shopping with me. Very nice chair. Thanks Tim

Just finished unpacking(packed extremely well). and assemble chair quickly and easily. Charged battery and road test in house and outside on driveway and the street. I weigh 250 and chair moved me well up drive. Very nice quality chair. Light( one reason I purchased). Shipping was timely.

I purchased the q5 for my wife who suffers from Parkinson’s. The purchase was through Amazon. We have owned the chair about 2 months and it has been great, very strong and light weight. I’m 83 and can lift it into the trunk of our Avalon including battery with ease. The chair has performed as expected without issues except the remote did not work when received. It came under a different carrier and may have been damaged in shipment. Thanks to an outstanding customer service team the problem was isolated and a new remote was forwarded to me. The new remote performed as advertised and my wife is very happy with the purchase. Thanks to Cindy and her team for all the above and beyond support.
